When the 76ers mistakenly selected Shawn Bradley over Penny Hardaway the entire city was devastated. After 2 years at Memphis State it was easy to see Penny was on his way to becoming at star. The Shaq and Penny Orlando Magic teams should have snagged at least a few championships, but when you have terrible ownership dynasties can end without anything to show for it.
