I can still remember the first episode of “Yo MTV Raps” when Fab Five Freddy flew to LA to interview NWA for the first time on TV. I barely knew hip hop existed past New York and Philly. Now there isn’t a inch of the planet that hasn’t been influenced by hip hop and by NWA.
